We at Hestia are incredibly excited to be working in partnership with Ealing CGL and CAPE to provide a one stop shop service which is a specialist service catering for female victims of domestic abuse.

Be part of our small but amazing team of specialists in the provision of mental health and substance misuse services, empowered by supportive management.

We are not going to lie, this is a challenging job but one where you can make a real difference to someone. So if you are someone who wants to be an advocate for female victims of domestic abuse, who thrives in a demanding and at times difficult position, we would really like to hear from you.

We welcome applications from candidates with lived experience.

Due to the nature of the service this vacancy is open to female candidates only.

Person specification:

Experience of providing advice and support to women experiencing domestic abuse.
Experience of providing casework support to vulnerable clients, including crisis management, and risk assessment.
Demonstrates an awareness of the impact of crime on victims, witnesses, and the wider community.
Demonstrates an understanding of the criminal justice system, safeguarding children, and legal responsibilities.
Hold a CAADA training or equivalent degree or demonstrates a willingness to complete relevant training including IDVA training
